We renew the carte of La Rioja Restaurant dishes periodically to accommodate seasonal products. Vegetables, meat and fish are personally chosen at the stands of the La Boquería and Santa Caterina markets in Barcelona, where we do the daily shopping, in the same way as the usual suppliers of the Riojan and Catalan gardens of small local producers. They supply us with vegetables, legumes and fruits. However, some emblematic dishes remain on the menu throughout the year. This is the case of the well-known “Caparrones”, roasted kid’s “Espaldita” and cod “a la Riojana”.
